Window Skins?

Im currently using a software like window blinds to customize my windows tool bar. Can i use these skins under vista, how vista doesnt need a special software to do this?

new software not yet has been released.better to wait some more time to build a better software for vista.i think lot of software companies are working on it.my suggestion to wait for atleast one more month.so you can find a better software..
