Probably it's some setting in your email account definiton.
The error code might be helpful.

In July (more that 2 months ago) you posted the same problem: http://forums.cnet.com/7723-19411_102-534321.html

Did you solve it then? Or did you only send 15 mails (it were 5 then, 20 now) in those 2.5 months?
And what did you find then at windowslivehelp.com Bob found for you?

Another thing to try, of course, another email client. Try Thunderbird in stead of Windows Live Mail. Same error?
if things are OK in Thunderbird, I'd continue to use that and dump WLM.

Switching to Thunderbird
Nov 21, 2011 4:54AM PST

I tried switching to Thunderbird but it only d/l'ed my inbox and not the subfolders. If a message got set to my junk folder I would never see it. This is not acceptable to me.

Inbox

Yep that's where all email arrives to, the Inbox. That is standard with all email client software.

Thunderbird's Junk Mail Controls needs to 'learn' what you treat as Junk over time, and so each time you mark an email as Junk from the Inbox listing, (there's a Junk Mail icon to the right of each email in the Inbox list), the controls will learn that for the future.

You can, of course, also set up "Message Filters" to tell Thunderbird to move emails to specialised folders immediately, or delete them immediately.,
