Window-Eyes 7.1.1 needed?

by degotak / November 30, 2009 9:19 PM PST

Is it really needed to download Itunes 9.0.2? I tried downloading the new itues couple times but during the download it would always freeze about half way or just passed. What is widow-eyes? I found it at this site www.gwmicro.com but do I have to purchase it just to get the new itunes? Have itunes 9.?.? but do not want to purchase window eyes just for the new itunes. Is there a free version of window-eyes or is there some other reason my download always stops?

I have windows vista home premium.

No 3rd party software

You shouldn't need any 3rd party software to download iTunes no matter what platform you are on.

If you're downloading with Apple's Software Update program, have you tried downloading a full install from the Apple site? http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/

I just tried again and it downloaded finally. Tried a couple times last week and wouldn't complete on both puters. Tried earlier and still wouldn't, finally just recently. Not sure what was freezing it. Net is great and not slow. Hopefully it will complete on the other puter also.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
