WINDOW 98/ME

Jun 15, 2007 5:10PM PDT

I need to know if Windows 98 has a task manager or a way to find out what programs are running at start up or at any time. Also installed on this system is Windows ME. But I can't access any task manager like I can with Windows XP (CTL. ALT.DEL.).When I try to use the Expolorer 6.0 browser and AOL browser any browser for that matter it displays an error that reads not enough system resources. But the system infomation say's there is more than 50% free space.I have cleared all temp.files and all browsing history.
