WINANTIVIRUS PRO 2006

by ahm4 / March 28, 2006 4:05 AM PST

I have win xp. I downloaded Win Antivirus Pro 2006 and then realized this is not okay -:) Anyway I went to control panel add/remove programs and removed it but it is still in my system, popping up. I have to hit the "X" at the top of the window to shut it down, "cancel" won't stop it. Now I am starting to get pop-ups. Anyway, does anyone know of a way that I can get rid of this? Yikes!!! Thanks

thanks for the web page. I will pass this on to others. However, do you know of anything that will remove this completly....? I looked at two options and gosh it seemed really complicated. One program mentioned was highjackthis. Have you heard of this and do you recommend. I'm scared to put anything on here now.
Thanks
