WIN98SE with Hebrew not able to load MSN

I have WIN98SE Hebrew enabled and when I try to load MSN 9.0 it gives me an error that the language I am using is not exceptable by the version of MSN9.0. I tried calling MSN but got nowhere. Short of reinstalling WIN98 is there a way around so I can get MSN loaded? I don't want to disable HEBREW since I type many documents in Hebrew and don't want to lose the functionality.

Murray,

I'm afraid contacting MSN is the only way to solve this problem. Did you try reverting back to MSN 8.0 (or whatever the previous version is)? Did you read the system requirements before installing MSN 9.0, or didn't they mention the localised versions of Windows? That would be something to complain about.
