win7 startup Folder, starts up 2 copies

Greetings,
win7 home premium
win7 startup Folder
I have 2 shortcuts in startmenu/programs/startup
snapshot.exe starts up fine.
win7 starts up 2 instances of scratch.txt .
Pls, how can I fix this?

That the startup group has 2 sources. One is YOUR account and the other is allusers.

Example:

C:\Users>dir /a
Volume in drive C has no label.
Volume Serial Number is CECD-F2B1

Directory of C:\Users
