Kiosk mode is what it is. I won't dive into what it is but it appears you want something other than Kiosk mode. You want that mode and cake. The Internet shortcut would break out of the Kiosk idea.
I've been to the developer seminar and you could create your own shell but I fear you might not be a programmer. That is, you need a programmer on your staff to implement most ideas.
Running Windows 10, trying to set up PCs in Kiosk Mode. Everywhere I turn I find how to assign a user to pre-existing Apps in Kiosk Mode, but no one explains how to add an app, in my case an Internet Explorer Shortcut file, to the app list. You'd think this would be mentioned somewhere.
Can anyone help?
