Win XP - Start - All Programs - Change Font Size

Mar 17, 2004 9:39PM PST

Could someone please tell me where I can go to change the font size of the text when I open Start and All Programs. I know there are more programs listed than are showing, but I don't know where to go to make the font smaller so they will all appear. Thanks.

When you have more programs installed than will fit across the screen, change the way your programs are listed. Right click on start then properties. Click on customize then advanced. Scroll down the list and change it to scroll programs.

If they don't all show on the initial menu, then there should be some mechanism for getting another menu to display similar to how you got the first one.

Changing the font size won't help, because that particular property is shared with a few other interface components and you probably wouldn't like them being changed as well.
