Win XP Product Key

Dear Gurus,
I was trying to reinstall Win xp on my system and have forgotten my product key and am stuck half the way. could anyone help me in recovering my product key out of the original CD??

The product key isn't on the CD. It's printed on the CD-cover. And it it came pre-installed, it's on the COA-sticker of your PC or laptop also.
