I'd fix this if I were you. On 03/08/04 3:42 PM I posted a reply to you.

And now you posted another plea for help.

I used stronger words and will copy them here.

"L" explore, it's likely you have a worm, read here.

http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/w32.hllw.sodabot.html

The problem is that many are using kazaa, morpheous, irc without knowing the dangers. "The worm attempts to spread across KaZaA and Morpheus file-sharing networks, by tricking KaZaA and Morpheus users into downloading the program and opening it. It also attempts to spread itself through the Internet Relay Chat (IRC)."

If you use such, problems like this are common.

If you don't want such problems, consider Parasite removal programs (link follows) as well as getting off the aforementioned security risky programs.

http://reviews.cnet.com/5208-6132-0.html?forumID=32&threadID=1313&start=0 notes the five scanning tools and removal tools that are fairly safe. If one does encounter an issue, its always been damage done by the MALWARE. The most common issue being Layered Service Provider replacement which you can use LSPFIX (Hint: use http://www.google.com to find).

The thread has follow on discussions about new links if you don't want to use Google to find an item.

PS. All the tools are free.
