May 17, 2015 10:31PM PDT

Dear all,

I recently bought an ASUS X551MA laptop but since the op system has been crashing from time to time. There have been different error msgs such as MEMORY MANAGEMENT, WATCHDOG VIOLATION etc. I cant figure out the problem , all driver are up to date.

I uploaded the event log and mini dump here

Thanks

Interesting choice of access to your file.

It wanted access to my google drive. Not going to happen.

Since I have no ready access to that I'll part with my last watchdog violation fix. It needed a new HDD.

If it still occurs after you go back to factory conditions (reset, or try refresh first), it's a hardware issue, so a warranty issue. If you call them before you do that reset, they'll probably suggest you installed some bad software so a reset should solve the problem, so an early call doesn't make much sense, I think.

Thank you for the suggestion. The problem occurred even when the system was freshly installed so I guess it might be a hardware issue...
