The research I used found this machine with Vista. I did not find Windows 7 drivers.
I suggest you contact Packard Bell to ask if Windows 7 BIOS and drivers are available.
Sorry I didn't find any Windows 7 support for this one. You might do better.

I have a packard bell dot ma.uk/045 loaded with win 7 professional.
Over the last few days I have had problems shutting down, the machine goes through the shutdown procedure but stops at a blue screen with shutting down on it (with a blue spinning cursor), the hard disk light is flashing showing disk activity but no matter how long I leave it the machine doesn't shut dowm.
I have used msconfig to stop programs loading to try and find out if an errant program is causing the problem but with no success.
Looking in computer management I note the following error messages:
