Win 7 pwd change

How do I change the password to get by the screen which has my name next to an icon? can't get in to win7 without it thanks

I log in as the Admin and clear that password. Links follow

http://windows-passwordrecovery.blogspot.com/2012/05/how-to-use-safe-mode-option-to-reset.html shows one way. There are many others out there.

If I don't have the Admin password that's no problem at all as well. I use NTPASSWD and the reset is a FIVE MINUTE job at most.
