Oops...thanks, Robert, for correcting me -
It's a DELL Latitude...
The HP Latitude displayed:
Stop: 0X000000D1 (0XED15442A,0X00000002,0XED15442A,0XB81BEA10)
Then "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL...."
The next two lines, referencing 0XED15442A, pointed to "sysaudio.sys"
I disabled the "WINMM WDM Audio Compatibility Driver" and things work fine now...except no sound (and I expected that).
Any ideas on how to get sound back on a notebook that will boot?
