Fast Ring is For Those Wanting to Test Stuff
by Grif Thomas Forum moderator / October 26, 2017 10:20 AM PDT

Although not truly "beta only", receivers of fast ring updates are gambling that all program releases are perfect right from the start. Most professionals don't like that "gamble". Waiting for a while, till the full release and all associated update fixes are available is the wisest for those who are looking for the safest option.

Hope this helps.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
