Will this work

by brnforce / December 27, 2007 7:59 AM PST

I'm trying to research a laptop and am currently looking at the Sony VAIO - VGN-AR670. Does anyone know if Kingston 4GB (2 x 2GB) 200-Pin DDR2 SO-DIMM DDR2 667 (PC2 5300) Dual Channel Kit Notebook Memory would work with it. I know that the 32 bit Vista would only read 3 Gb, but this would save me almost $600. Any help would be appreciated.

Also, if anyone has any experience with the VAIOs let me know how it went. Thanks!

Is to use Crucial or Kingston's memory configuration or selection web page. NEVER try the generics unless I know I can return them.

Help, my PC with Windows 10 won't shut down properly

Since upgrading to Windows 10 my computer won't shut down properly. I use the menu button shutdown and the screen goes blank, but the system does not fully shut down. The only way to get it to shut down is to hold the physical power button down till it shuts down. Any suggestions?
