Question

Will this Samsung TV work as cvvomputer monitor?

Jul 22, 2016 1:48PM PDT

I have an option to purchase one of three Samsung HDTV’s:

Samsung UN49K6250
Samsung UN55K6250
Samsung UN50KU6300

Which of these would also work well as a computer monitor (mainly for general computing, no gaming), and which video card (or video card specifications) would you recommend I use? I have a tower PC (Windows 7) with lots of power so I can install almost any kind of video card. All suggestions appreciated, thanks!

Please check out our website and go to comparison on the left hand side so you can get an idea of the difference between the models?

Re: K6250 vs. KU6300 as computer monitor
Jul 22, 2016 3:25PM PDT

Thank you for the suggestion. I looked at the specs and have narrowed my choice down to the 49" K6250 or the 50" KU6300. However, there are a few more specs I'd like to know that are not listed on your comparison.

1) What is the refresh rate (60 Mhz or 120 Mhz) for the K6250 or K6300?

2) Does either the K6250 or KU6300 support full RGB or YCbCr 4:4:4 color space?

3) Does either the K6250 or KU6300 have some sort of PC-input (low latency) mode?

4) Which model has higher pixel density?

Thank you in advance for your answers.
