Question

Will this run GTA V?

this is what I want to build:
AMD A10-5700 ( because I already have it )
MSI GeForce GTX 960 GAMING 4G
8GB RAM :
8GB Kit (4GBx2) DDR3 PC3-12800 Unbuffered NON-ECC 1.35V 512Meg x 64

Will this run GTA V with reasonable fps on normal/high?
(I will upgrade the cpu later I dont have a lot of money to spend right now)

I don't see anyone that posted that build with GTA FPS results. You should get close to say GPU test results so find those.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0f6c7pPGUHg shows FPS in the top right corner on high.

What is reasonable? Some balk at anything less than 100?

Im happy with 50-60 FPS even 40 would be ok for me but at least 50 would be the best.
