Thanks

Thank you for this, How do I update it though?

I've never actually 'upgraded a bios' When I got my i5 6600k and the new motherboard, i just let it my pc do the work.

Where can I find the most up to date bios version to install and how do I do it?

MOBO: Asus z170 P

I can't tell you. Why?

Because the maker's differ a bit and we must follow the maker's instructions. Those instructions should be at the maker's site about your model.
