Shop for an I5 7500.
Shop for a single rail psu.
That cpu cooler won't fit, wrong socket type.

If you do go for the 7500 shop for ddr4 @ 2400 ram.

Cpu, shop at a different site for the i5 7500.

Mobo, you don't need a 'z' model, that's for overclocking which your not going to do.
Shop in the b150/h110/h170 series.

Cooler, shop for one that fits socket 1151.
Why not just use the stock cooler?

Psu, that's a dual rail unit.
Shop for a single rail unit.
