Will this Laptop will be better than my actual one?

Good day, I would like to know between the two laptops i'll show you the specs, will the new one I want to buy will be better than my actual laptop? I have a
<span id="INSERTION_MARKER">DELL LATITUDE D630. Processor : Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU T7500 @2.20GHz 2.20GHz. RAM : 2,00 Gb. Operating System : 32 bits with Windows 7 Home Premium, Service Pack 1. Performance Index : 3,1. Maximum Display Resolution : 1440 X 900. 74,4 Gb of Memory on the Hard Drive.(It's a Refurbished Computer). And my Gaphic Card is a : Mobile Intel(R) 965 Express Chipset Family. Versus the one I want to buy (Link to the specs page and other details about the laptop and yes i'm from Canada xd) : <span id="INSERTION_MARKER"> HP Pavilion 17-f230ca Notebook PC - HP Store Canada Would like to know if the Hp Pavilion 17-f230ca would be better than my Dell latitude d630 and if the Graphic card in this Hp is better than my actual one and if the processor is better too. The HP has no dedicated GPU and video ram.

The old machine looks to have the Intel X3100. The new seems to have the newer 4500MHD.

Small world, I had a laptop with the 4500MHD and it would do 1080p video on the HDTV fine. Gaming? Not so much.

It's not much of a step up. I'll write about 10% better. And as you can see by the game results, not good enough for that.

League doesn't need that much power, especially on some of the lower settings.
I can't help you if it NEEDS to be a laptop, but a PC that runs league should only cost around 300 or less.
