Magicjack will work with Vista Home Premium I have had mine for over one year the main thing myself and many other users have learned over the years is keep your computer clean you must run registry cleaner ,defragmenter,virus,spy-ware,malware,remove temp.files run a system optimizer. I just recently downloaded the free version of Advanced System Cleaner off of the cnet.com site does it all great product.
