Hi again
Now I know that my Asus Phoenix Gtx1050 ti will work on an Asus H81-plus motherboard?
But...
Will an intel core i5 4690k work on it too?
Cause I heard that I have to upgrade my BIOS to use it
Please Help!

It's easy to check on the Asus site if you heard it right. And if it needs a BIOS update, you can download it from there also.

Since you didn't tell the current version of the BIOS, nor link to any documentation that lists the minimum version needed for the core i5 4690k nobody here can tell if you need to update.
