WIFI vs LAN Downloading problem

i am not able to download files from some specific sits when connected through wifi. But i can download those files when connected using LAN cable.
i used to download these files a day before.
how can i solve this problem?

Sorry, that's a site that distributes copyrighted material (movies), also via torrents) CBS (our parent company) makes such materials, and that's why we don't help in such cases.
