What do you mean with "the personal phone is connected to the work phone connection"?

The personal phone was connected to the company phone via the company phone's 4g network.

tethering

I'm guessing the word is tethering. The company phone connects to internet using a 4G connection not WIFI. The personal phone was used and the personal phone's wifi turned on to connect to the company phone's internet connection (4G phone connection). The personal phone was used to search Google.

A decent IT staffer can track anything they want. Best bet? Don't use company supplied anything.

Meet the drop-resistant Moto Z2 Force

The Moto Z2 Force is really thin, with a fast processor and great battery life. It can survive drops without shattering.
