The WiFi is usually OK but never expect 60Mpbs from low cost routers and if you have it over a room away then it's all bets are off.
For this round I'm going with bum router or too far from router.

I am trying to figure out why my wifi is slowing my internet so baddly. I can get around 60Mbps if I am plugged right into charter/spectrum modem but have seen it as low as 0.33 download speed with wireless router. This seems to be a new problem and I am not sure exactly ho long it has been going on. I have one picture to share of what my modem is saying, but this is going through the wifi to get to it....not sure if that would make a difference.
Wife router being used is a Berklin f9k1009v2 with latest fireware installed today.
Cable modem is DPC3208 DOCSIS 3.0 2-PORT Voice Modem even though I do not have voice.
Oh and I confirmed the same crappy wifi strength is even when there is only one computer on the router too.
If you have any questions please just ask and I will do my best to get the answers for you. Figure my own research and tinkering should get better results then having tech to my place. Plus they do not normally help at all with a router that you personally own.http://www.laughsonthenet.com/LOTN/images//2018/03/SpecSucks.jpg
