Our tech or myself pulls out a spare WiFi USB stick to test if it's that.
You may not have such so take your laptop (you left out PC details) to a hotspot and test there.
Be sure when you are testing at home the distance is about 20 of less feet.
Today and yesterday i have been having a lot of internet problems, at time my ping will spike from 15 to around 4000, i wasn't all that sure originally what it was, at first i thought it might have been my ISP because in the past we have had problems with ISPs where we live, however my phone and my smart TV haven't had any problems connecting to the internet. So i started to think that it might have been my USB WiFi adapter, but i haven't had any problems with it before. I tried to update the drivers for it and resetting it however that didn't do anything. If you have any tips as for what i could it would be greatly appreciated
