Question

Aug 25, 2015 7:37AM PDT

Hello everyone,
I recently updated to windows 10 using the microsoft's windows installation tool downloaded from their website don't know whether that's related to this or not. My wifi network is not showing up on my windows 10 pc as well as my moto g but it's all fine on my lg smartphone. I don't what I should do. I can't find help.

Oh! BTW I am using an Netgear N300 router if that helps.

PS Right now I am using ethernet. What a pity.

Did that moto g become faulty earlier, the same time or later?
Did you happen to update your moto g at the same time as your Windows device?
Did you already reset your router?
Did you try if your Windows device finds the wifi if booted from a Linuix disk or USB-stick?

I don't know, it was working perfectly fine a few days ago and now suddenly it's not detecting my wifi signal. BTW I factory reset my moto g and after a few tries I got it to detect my wifi signal and also connected it.
Did you happen to update your moto g at the same time as your Windows device?
NO
Did you already reset your router?
No, How do I? Should I?
Did you try if your Windows device finds the wifi if booted from a Linuix disk or USB-stick?
Nope, How do I do that?

As To The Laptop....

Be sure to check the computer manufacturer's website for and updated wifi driver for your laptop. Download the latest wireless adapter driver and install it. We're seeing quite a few such driver issues when Win10 is installed. Apparently, the drivers for a variety of hardware aren't supported on the new operating system.

Hope this helps.
