Question

WiFi is connected but unable to access internet in RHEL 6 an

Apr 23, 2013 1:54PM PDT

Hi All,

I'm facing this issue since I've installed RHEL 6 ( exactly same problem in Fedora 17 as well). My WiFi is connected perfectly, it also shows my SSID in Network Connections (under Wireles tab)but as a matter of fact I cannot access anything, nor internet neither my router pager.

When I check Connection Information (by right clicking on wireless icon in top right)I see all information which is necessary for a connection to establish. My internet works like a charm when connected via wire, no issues at all.

Please advise, what could be the reason for such a behaviour?

Kind regards,
Aniruddha Jagdale
