ISPs are obliged to collect and keep details of users' internet traffic but are condominiums and hotels allowed to do the same, I wonder.
I have come across a condominium/hotel in Spain where,
"The WiFi service stores outgoing connections from each user in a database, which we will provide to the appropriate authorities if requested. Signing this document means that the user is aware of this and allows automated storage of such connections, usage times and device details"
The terms and conditions also state that,
"The Comunidad de Propietarious reserve the right to block access, black list or deny access to any site, domain, port or connection facility it see fit"
It all seems a bit much and I wonder if you have members with specific knowledge of Spanish law, regulations and rights who can tell me if this kind of private snooping and blocking is allowed.
