Tried Reinitializing the Modem/Router?

Turn the computer off, then turn the router off, then turn the modem off (if it's separate from the router), then wait 5 minutes. Then turn on the modem, wait two minutes for it to reinitialize with your ISP, then turn on the router (if it's separate from the modem) and wait two more minutes, then turn on the computer.

Hope this helps.
