I have seen Windows pick the wrong WiFi driver (common, will add what I do about that) and the W10 Update Sharing stress a connection.
1. Stop the following:
https://www.howtogeek.com/224981/how-to-stop-windows-10-from-uploading-updates-to-other-pcs-over-the-internet/
2. About the WiFi driver.
a. Use any of the methods found on the web about stopping W10 from updating drivers.
b. Install the driver from your laptop maker's web page for drivers for your laptop and reboot.
I am running Windows 10 on an Acer laptop. For the past few months my wifi connection keeps dropping, and it seems to happen most when I have i tunes open. Has anyone else had a similar issue?
