WiFi Connection between PC and Apple

I use my PC running Win10 and iTunes with several Apple Expresses, they work fine. I would like to be able to use the Apple devices streaming something other than iTunes, Spotify for instance, but how?

After reading a few more posts have come to the conclusion that Spotify just don't allow it, not surprising really. Will try some other streaming services.
Some have even dumped Spotify for this reason.

I read it and AirPlay seems to be the answer.

There might be some AirPlay capable other things out there with Spotify but here I use one of my old phones and a nice speaker setup. Or my Amazon "Spot."

But I never found this not allowed. It seems that we need to AirPlay it over.
