Question

WiFi booster

Nov 20, 2016 5:09PM PST

Hello, I live in a house that was converted into apartments. I have free wifi but the router is based out of my landlord apartment which is on the bottom floor. The signal is not the greatest and often spotty which causes issues when i work from home. Is there a way i can strengthen or boost my wifi connect without having to get another router or having my landlord change anything. Thank you

Remember I never deploy boosters.

But if you want to try a repeater, sure, why not. The most common mistake I see with repeaters is the client puts them in the dead zone they want to fill. Repeaters go halfway between you and the source.
