i have a samsung model LN40A65DA1FXZA, version SX05.
it was working perfectly fine last week. I turned it on the other day and there was no sound at all. i tried to turn the volume up and there was nothing. I hit the mute button on and then off and this alarm like sound started and went on for a while, this sound is not controlled by the volume button, the only way to stop it is by pressing mute again.
the picture works fine. please help, the samsung ppl were no help at all.
