Question

Wide Fit Option

Nov 28, 2012 3:05AM PST

Hello...

I just purchased a Samsung 43 inch plasma TV and am setting-up the TV. The instructions state you can't use the "screen fit" unless connected to HMDI or component inputs. I am using coaxial cable direct and the "wide screen" option should be available, but it can't be accessed same as the "screen fit" option. Did I set-up a function that makes "Wide Screen" unavailable? Thanks for any help.

My older DVD player had a zoom feature so I used that instead for the older 480p player.
