wich one is better??

I'm about to buy a new notebook, but I'm not so sure which one is better, the VAIO FS660/w or the TOSHIBA M45-S355. They're almost the same features. I don't know how is the Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 900 vrs the NVIDIA GeForce Go 6200 with TurboCache technology, I know NVIDIA is one of the best but does it worth the difference of $300 between the two laptops?
