wi fi internet connection

hi we been on broadband years no real problems we went to talk talk a few years ago and have now gone fibre problem is for the last weeks the internet connection has been really pants we`ve tried the usual turn off/on phoned the internet and broadband lights flash all the time and are never constant any help appreciated chaps
