Question

Why would everything load slowly now that I upgraded to IE8.

I have Windows XP and recently upgraded to Internet Explorer 8 and now everything loads so slow. I am also running Norton 360 2012 on the computer. Does that impact anything in that two system now are looking at everything from a security viewpoint?
