When I sent a document to print, it would stay in the print queue but never actually print. I uninstalled the printer but it won't now let me reinstall it using the disk I had successfully previously used on my Dell Inspiron computer with Windows Vista. The autorun feature goes only so far then stops when it checks existing system installation, saying only an Administrator can proceed, even though I am logged in as an administrator. I then installed the right driver from the HP website, but when it gets to the "connect your device" screen, it can't find the printer even though it is all connected up. Yet the printer works fine on my separate HP laptop so there is no problem with either the connection or the printer.
