Install the sound driver or add a sound card or use an "USB sound card".

This is only audio driver problem . you install audio driver in your system after this you can listen of music.

many reasons why you have no audio

There are many reason why your computer does not have any Audio Output.

Few common reasons:
- not using the correct quarter inch output port from the computer
- software selecting front audio is mis-configured
- audio drivers are not compatible with your windows,

advanced uncommn:
- Audio codecs are missing
- Audio quarter inch cable ripped
- Speakers/headphones are broken
