Why re-sign in ALL the time

Whenever I sign into Netflix from my LG Smart TV I am prompted to sign in to my account...EVERY TIME. Netflix says it's Firmware and Software not yet provided by LG and LG says there must be a Netflix conflict...no one is being accountable for this one. Any suggestions out there?

When it's defective and the maker doesn't fix it.

Back it goes to the retailer. The retailer then kicks the maker and may remove the defective product from the shelves.
