Question

Why isn't there no Video on my DLP TV HLP6163W

by kalyankc1 / February 23, 2014 11:54 AM PST

TV Model: HLP6163WX/XAA
Manufacturer: Samsung
Type: DLP

The TV turns on. LED lights are normal. I can see the lamp being ON. I can hear audio but there is no video. Even when I change the input source to Blue Ray player or AIR or WII, I do not see anything on the screen. Prior to this, it was working except for one problem. I would see black vertical stripes on the screen. I knew the DMD Board caused these stripes and was looking for a replacement DMD board.

Could the new issue (no video) is because of the DMD board? Or, may be due to color wheel? There were no color wheel symptoms though. I have changed color wheel twice and I know the symptoms.

Any help is appreciated.

Meet the drop-resistant Moto Z2 Force

The Moto Z2 Force is really thin, with a fast processor and great battery life. It can survive drops without shattering.
