Why isn't there a 1TB 7200RPM USB 3.0 powered disk?

Does anyone know if a mobile disk of 1TB(or more), 7200RPM, USB 3.0 (and USB powered) exists?

Hitachi Touro is only 500GB, Samsung S2 is only 640GB, Lacie Rugged is also only 500GB.

Look at the thousands of complaints over USB 2.0 powered drives. Maybe they are getting smarter?
