Samsung have one of the worst support systems I've ever encountered. I only ever get some generic blah and never a specific or informed answer.
Live Chat support is a joke - I was asked where I bought my device. I gave the wrong answer - and Vernon simply answered to call the local support and then terminated the chat! Even if Vernon had engaged longer than to tell me to clear off, I suspect he wouldn't have had a clue about an answer!
For such a big company which presents a customer-friendly image, they really ought to get their act together on dealing with their customers.
ps: Was 'Vernon' a real person, I wonder?
