Why is Samsung making bad TVs only to rob its customers!!!

I bought the new Samsung curved model TVs “65 Inch Samsung Curved tv,and the tv just stopped working on its own, turning on and off.I just got off the phone with a Samsung agent on a very early Sunday morning, hoping to get a solution but he explained that if it’s been more than a year,it’s out of warranty and they are not responsible for the fix.First of all I spent about 2500$ for this new model curved tv that Samsung introduced, what in the world type of tv that cost almost 3,000$ works for less than two years and doesn’t work anymore.Who expects that when “buying the latest model tv in the market?”I am very, deeply, absolutely astonished that Samsung, such a a huge company I thought makes the best of electronics only to get online and see that hundreds if not thousands of customers have had the same problem with their TVs.It is now my mission to get on all platforms, social media, every network I can possibly get on,and preach to the people to avoid Samsung products as much as they can especially TVs,they are expensive but and I insist in the case of Samsung “YOU DON’T GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR”! Now I have to trash this “latest model curved 65 inch curved tv” in the trash because Samsung said it’s been more than a year actually a year and a half to be exact, that they can not fix my tv,so roughly about 3,000$ cause I had to pay geek squad from Best Buy to deliver and hang my tv too,all gone to the trash.I plan on delivering the same message everywhere I possibly can because no customer has to go through this,I feel sorry for all this other Samsung customers that had to go through this,it’s like getting robbed in plain sight and there is absolutely nothing you can do about it.

Re: TV

You forgot to tell the estimated price of repair given by the TV tech you called. They can't tell by phone that it can't be fixed, I think.

Same issue with cars and other products.

Go past the warranty and the maker isn't responsible. Now for cars it became such an issue that new laws were enacted to force the makers to supply parts and repairs for about 7 years. But this isn't a car so the repairs are only mandatory for the warranty period (and that's not quite true either as they can exchange the product!)

This is where most learn the advice of getting long warranties on expensive gear.

Warning customers! !!! Do not risk purchasing Samsung products ever again. My tv is just a space taker right now because so called Samsung are manufacturing "LEMONS" for tvs.
Just 8 months after buying and t he power is gone due to poor cheap components used. I tried to no avail to have Samsung get it fixed but they never return my calls or even answer and put you on hold like forever.

0 STARS !!!
