Probably a deleted .dbx file (either the deleted items file or the sent items file). Find them in Explorer, delete them to the recycle bin and run OE again. It should built empty uncorrupted replacements.

I tried to delete my sent file (overloaded) and it show no emails in folder, but when I open the folder it still shows the sent emails. I emptied by deleted folder and those deleted properly, but the sent file still shows the emails although they are not as dark as normal. Since I tried to delete the sent file, my inbox won't delete any emails. Any ideas?
