I recently did download an addon - extentsion(?) called autoReload (I believe) in order to auto reload my substitute teaching available jobs page every few seconds. I thought that might be the problem affecting everything else on my system so I trashed-disabled-removed the addon but the problem seems to continue. Typing, scrolling, mousing,watching utube and netflix - all - stops for a second every few seconds continuously. What is the deal? What can I do?
