Approximately every 5 seconds, my background busy cursor signal turns on. I have looked through several forms but I haven't been able to find the answer. It looks to me using Process Explorer that an instance of SVCHOST and RUNDLL32 is starting and then shutting down every 5 seconds. I have a screen shot of this if there is a way to attach it to this post.
I have run a spybot scan, which found nothing significant, and a Windows Defender full scan (also found nothing). I have tried booting up in a limited start mode with only windows services running and the problem still occurred. I have removed all my google chrome apps with no change.
One of the best French door fridges we've tested
A good-looking fridge with useful features like an auto-filling water pitcher and a temperature-adjustable "FlexZone" drawer. It was a near-flawless performer in our cooling tests.
